Absolutely loved this place! Very modern, clean, and tranquil. Despite being close to a cedar wood oil site, we felt safe and got to enjoy the peaceful nature sounds. We loved the amenities provided by the host and our favorite part was the griddle and gas fire pit! It exceeded our expectations and will definitely come again.

We had an amazing weekend staying at this charming property in Leakey! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful hill country views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and we loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings with coffee, just listening to nature. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We went tubing on the Frio River, hiked at Garner State Park, and enjoyed some great BBQ in town. The host was super responsive and friendly, providing clear directions and local recommendations that made our trip even better. If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Texas Hill Country with access to outdoor fun, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Just what we were looking for - great location near Leakey! We'd love to visit again - maybe try the other 2 homes sometime. It was a great home base for several things in the area: driving the TX Twisted Sisters roads, a visit to the TPWD Devil's Sinkhole, hiking at Garner State Park. Then back to the Cozy for a comfortable night's rest.

Upon arrival there was an issue out of Teresa’s control. (Inclement weather) Teresa and her team responded promptly, onsite in less than 20 min and were working through the issue. Everyone was respectful and easy to work with and the situation was resolved promptly. The cottage is in a very peaceful setting. Well furnished and very clean. I would highly recommend this place if you are ever in Leakey Tx.

A Perfect Stay at Teresa's Place!" I had the most wonderful experience staying at Teresa’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. Teresa is an incredible host – she’s incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and responsive, always ready with great recommendations for local spots to check out. The property itself is absolutely stunning. It’s beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen, making it clear that Teresa truly cares about her guests' comfort. The location is perfect – quiet yet conveniently close to all the best attractions in the area. The cabin was very clean and extremely comfortable. We chose this location as it was fairly central to garner state park and lost maples and we wanted to go to both. It’s a fairly short drive to each. Check in was simple and the instructions were clear. There is a family dollar, a gas station with some basics, and a small grocery store if you need anything. We did go to the back porch to have a drink and something to eat the night we arrived and don’t recommend them. Obviously that has nothing to do with the cabin or the host but the service there was not great and the girl working was quite rude. The parking offered at the cabin is not very big so a small suv or car would be better suited than our full size truck. There is another cabin right behind this one which we didn’t realize but wasn’t an issue. The host left the stuff to make smores which was a nice gesture that we enjoyed. Overall pleased with our stay and would stay again.

This place was perfect for our quick stay in Leakey. Everything was comfy and we had everything we needed. it was the perfect cabin coming off our 3 day camp at Big Bend. We went to Garner State Park the day we were in Leakey and after our hike, we relaxed and played games at this perfect little cabin. We will be back!
