Welcome to our 5 acres Aframe home which leads you up a hill with an amazing view, which makes you feel like you're in heaven This Luxury cabin has everything you DREAMED of and we are only about a 7 minute drive to the nearest acess to the Frio River. The living area feels cozy, yet spacious with a high ceiling that shows off beautiful Pine Wood beam with a Country Living Chandelier. The A-frames giant windows overlooking the deck and the hills makes you bring the outside beauty in. It features the comfiest sofa, dining area, and our custom Pine Wood continues with the decor into our fully stocked kitchen. . The large downstairs bedroom features a queen bed, a beautiful stoned electric fireplace, a stylish reading egg chair, luggage bench, and of course a 55' Smart TV. The main bathroom is downstairs just beside the bedroom and features a luxury walk-in shower, with double vanity. Across from it you have a washer and dryer for your convenience. Then you get to go up the most beautiful custom-made stairs that continues the Pine wood with a natural wood stain that leads you to the open loft area. We offer a sofa bed, tons of board games for the kiddos and of course a 60'' Smart TV. The first bedroom upstairs has 4 twin size custom bunk beds which also gives you an amazing view out of this bedroom window. The second bedroom upstairs features 2 full size custom beds with a stylish A-frame shiplap accent wall and of course the beaty of a custom beam in the high ceiling. Second bathroom is also a walk-in shower with a modern style decor. Just outside the living room doors is the large deck with a modern outdoor seating couch, a gas fireplace, and a gas grill. While this cabin makes an ideal spot for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, wedding night, anniversary, or spiritual get aways, it's also wonderful for family and friends. Other friendly amenities included is a swings down the hill with a couple of Egg Chairs and Hammick swings, with some lounge chairs by a wood fireplace to make some smores. We are a 5 minute drive from the river, 10 minutes from Happy Hollow Drop off and 12 minutes from Garner State Park. Enjoy this beauty!! We do have a outdoor camaras at entrance door only.

Other Details to Note

-Please be aware there is steep road to get to the top of the hill. -Please note there is a camara at the front entrance of the home. -No PETS allowed; Reservations may be cancelled if pets found. And an additional cost for deep pet cleaning. (My daughter is allergic to pets-NO EXCEPTIONS) -As you exit the gate to your left in the garbage cans. -You are welcome to take a around our 5 acres and enjoy our little park area. -Please note we are about a 3 minute drive from the Cedar Mill. -Reminder that we are in a Ranch and its outdoor living in Leakey so there is mosquitoes and bugs. Please keep door closed as leaving the door opens can get them in the home.

AN ADDTIONAL$75 will be charged to wash them at check out. -NO PETS: any pet is subject to a $500 fee or cancelation of booking No PETS allowed; Reservations may be cancelled if pets found. And an additional cost for deep pet cleaning. PLEASE NOTE: We are about a 7 minute drive to the nearest river acess, 13 minutes to Garner State Park and 11 minutes to Happy Hollow.

Really nice property on the hillside. The house itself was beautiful inside and out. Really nice views with the stars at night and of the hill country in the morning. Would recommend to any families looking for a place to stay at for a river trip!

Unbelievable place to stay in the Texas hill country! Gorgeous views and accommodations were perfect! Fire pit on porch and hot tub were an added bonus. I would definitely recommend booking and hope to come back again in the future.

This is absolutely the most fabulous place to stay. Perfect location for Garner and Lost Maples state park. The views are heavenly and everything was super clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Highly recommended

Overall great experience and house. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. House was in great condition, well appointed, comfortable, etc. Two points to make: 1) one, yes, it is on a hill above a lumber yard that does clearly run on shift work. It's a little off-putting when you drive in, but there are trees that block the view of it from the porch. There is a mild din running in the background, but we didn't find it distracting or disturbing at all. 2) The house is literally perched on a hill. Great for views and breeze, less great for sending kids outside to play. There is space further down the hill with swings and cornhole, which our kids enjoyed, but there isn't much outside play space right at the house. Not a con, necessarily, just an FYI. All in all great experience

This place was amazing for our family of five. There was gear to make s’mores, a hot tub, and a perfect location to help us explore lost Maples in Garner. Beautiful stars at night and a great location. There is some noise from a nearby essential oils operation, which you notice when you first get there, but become accustomed to it super quick. Will definitely try and come back.

We had an amazing stay. Everything about the house was perfect - and exactly as described on the site. Extremely clean and cozy, it was the best possible getaway for our family over New Years. Teresa was very communicative and quick to respond. Such a great overall experience. We will definitely be staying here again.

I highly recommend the Dreamers Ranch! It was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. My family had an amazing time on the property and went hiking nearby. I loved drinking my coffee on the deck and taking in the gorgeous view and the beautiful sunrise! The host even provided s'mores and my kids really enjoyed roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. My kids also enjoyed the upstairs area, they felt like it was all theirs. We will definitely stay here when we visit again.

Pictures didn’t do this place justice. The views were beautiful and the home was just as pictured. Teresa was responsive and helpful. It was a great end to our week. I would recommend her home to family and friends.
