We,Teresa and Junior embarked on the journey of a lifetime, crafting a unique haven nestled in Leakey, TX. We have meticulously built a space that harmonizes the natural surroundings, inviting all who enters to experience the transformative power of simplicity, connection and luxury all at the same time. Nestled on 5 acres of scenic land, Dreamers Ranch offers retreat for those looking to reset, relax, and reconnect with nature. Our collection cabins is designed to help you unplug and experience the beauty of the outdoors. The ranch is just a 3-minute drive from the nearest water hole for a refreshing dip in the river. Take a leisurely walk around the property and embrace the art of doing nothing, or enjoy the comforts of your own cabin. Each modern Tiny Home-style cabin features an open layout, including an inviting bedroom with 2 queen beds, an upstairs loft, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you'll find a charming fireplace for evenings under the stars, as well as a hammock for ultimate relaxation. Surrounded by lush forest, these cabins provide a serene and immersive escape into nature. We are conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the river, 10 minutes from Happy Hollow Drop-Off, and 12 minutes from Garner State Park—making it easy to explore the beauty of the area.

-No PETS allowed; Reservations may be cancelled if pets found. And an additional cost for deep pet cleaning. (My daughter is allergic to pets-NO EXCEPTIONS) -Ring Camara ONLY in entrance near parking in front. -Please take trash out near the entrance area as you exit the gate to your left in the garbage cans. -You are welcome to walk around our 5 acres and enjoy our little park area. -Reminder that we are in a Ranch and its outdoor living in Leakey so there is mosquitoes and bugs. Please keep door closed as leaving the door opens can get them in the home. -We are also about a 3-minute drive from the Cedar Mill. -We provide the basics to get you started as a toilet paper, coffee and paper towels.

During your stay at our Tiny cabins equipped with a loft, full and fire pit, the possibilities for adventure and relaxation are endless. Explore the scenic trails of Garner State Park, where hiking and biking opportunities abound amidst stunning natural beauty. For water enthusiasts, you will have the Frio all thru out the area. In my guide I have left several areas where you can go kayaking, and tubing adventures. Return to your cabin in the evening to cook a delicious meal over the fire pit, sharing stories and making memories under the starlit sky. Whether you're seeking outdoor thrills or peaceful moments surrounded by nature, our Cabins provide the perfect base for your Texas getaway. We provide the basics to get you started as an toilet paper, coffee and paper towels. PLEASE NOTE: We are about a 7 minute drive to the nearest river acess, 13 minutes to Garner State Park and 11 minutes to Happy Hollow.

So warm and inviting. Looked just like the photos, very nice and clean. Everything was great from the moment I booked to the stay. Loved how peaceful and relaxing it was. The hammock under the stars with smores was the perfect touch! Theresa made sure to stay in contact with me and was prompt to answer any questions. Wonderful experience!

“TINY” was perfect, we enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice & clean. The bed downstairs was not as comfortable, but it’s better then sleeping on a campground floor that’s for sure. We love going to Garner State Park & it’s only 10 minutes from the location, so that was a plus. Tiny has everything you’re looking for if you love outdoors. I would definitely book again! Thank you Teresa for hosting a beautiful place ✨

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Peaceful and Gorgeous Stay! I had a wonderful experience staying here! The place was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our getaway birthday here—it made the trip even more special. The frío rio was a short drive including garner state park. The host was incredibly nice and very responsive—always quick to answer any questions. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We had an amazing Easter weekend, and absolutely loved it! The place had all the amenities we needed — clean facilities, plenty of space, and everything was so convenient. We enjoyed the grill, fire pit, played a bit of cornhole, and made s’mores! Plus, being so close to Garner State Park made it even better! It was the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing days. We can’t wait to come back! 🐰 🔥🍫 🍔

We just walked in the door back to Indiana. This place was outstanding. The only complaint was I wish the Cozy cabin had a hot tub. Oh and check out the A frame. My son and I walked up to look at it. It’s amazing. You will love staying here.

We wanted to escape it all and "Tiny" was the perfect getaway. It was clean, up-to-date, quaint, and ideal. I would stay here again just to look at the stars at night.

We stayed at Teresa’s on very short notice having a tent catastrophe while camping. We were sad to have to give up our outdoor time but we ended up finding this spot which gave us the comfort of a cabin with the beautiful surroundings of nature! There are two other homes on property but you are secluded from one another enough. I don’t like it when you can see and hear neighbors if your goal is to be secluded so I wanted to point that out. The homes have their own areas and are turned where you aren’t in each others sight. We really enjoyed every amenity that the place offers. We walked the road around property, we used the gas fire pit, the hammock and the back yard swings and chairs for relaxing and having coffee. We did not start our own fire however but there is a fire pit. We went to lost maples for the afternoon and back it was so close! Leaky has a few great restaurants but we had brought a bunch of food so we ate in the cabin mostly. All in all it was exactly what we wanted!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Tiny Cabin. My kids loved board games and sleeping on the top loft. We enjoyed outdoor meals on the porch, relaxing on the hammock, and the view while hanging out at the central area. The cabin was in great proximity to our hiking destinations and a local grocery store. The home was clean and comfortable. Teresa is a great host.
