Really nice property on the hillside. The house itself was beautiful inside and out. Really nice views with the stars at night and of the hill country in the morning. Would recommend to any families looking for a place to stay at for a river trip!

Absolutely loved this place! Very modern, clean, and tranquil. Despite being close to a cedar wood oil site, we felt safe and got to enjoy the peaceful nature sounds. We loved the amenities provided by the host and our favorite part was the griddle and gas fire pit! It exceeded our expectations and will definitely come again.

So warm and inviting. Looked just like the photos, very nice and clean. Everything was great from the moment I booked to the stay. Loved how peaceful and relaxing it was. The hammock under the stars with smores was the perfect touch! Theresa made sure to stay in contact with me and was prompt to answer any questions. Wonderful experience!

Perfect getaway from it all spot! Love the front porch and outdoor sitting areas! Plenty of room I inside and comfortable bed! The place was very clean! Teresa is an excellent host and was prompt in her responses to questions!

Unbelievable place to stay in the Texas hill country! Gorgeous views and accommodations were perfect! Fire pit on porch and hot tub were an added bonus. I would definitely recommend booking and hope to come back again in the future.

“TINY” was perfect, we enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice & clean. The bed downstairs was not as comfortable, but it’s better then sleeping on a campground floor that’s for sure. We love going to Garner State Park & it’s only 10 minutes from the location, so that was a plus. Tiny has everything you’re looking for if you love outdoors. I would definitely book again! Thank you Teresa for hosting a beautiful place ✨

A cozy and cute secluded little cabin!! Me and my partner thought it was such a great experience using the black stone grill and enjoyed the porch! Teresa is so sweet and was quick to help us with any info we needed! I would love to come back one day!!

We had an amazing weekend staying at this charming property in Leakey! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful hill country views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and we loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings with coffee, just listening to nature.
The location was perfect for exploring the area. We went tubing on the Frio River, hiked at Garner State Park, and enjoyed some great BBQ in town. The host was super responsive and friendly, providing clear directions and local recommendations that made our trip even better.
If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Texas Hill Country with access to outdoor fun, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back!

This is absolutely the most fabulous place to stay. Perfect location for Garner and Lost Maples state park. The views are heavenly and everything was super clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The place was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our getaway birthday here—it made the trip even more special. The frío rio was a short drive including garner state park. The host was incredibly nice and very responsive—always quick to answer any questions. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!
